论当代我国教师专业标准的合理内涵与理想框架 被引量:27

摘要 教师专业标准研制是我国教师教育改革的重要环节。在当代教育改革背景下,教师专业标准是指国家为宏观规范教师教育发展走向,彰显教师行业的个性,引导教师专业持续发展而制定的专门用于衡量教师专业发展状态的、多层次的质量规格体系。制定教师专业标准的根本使命是服务和加速教师的专业发展。积极借鉴国外的经验,关注本土的教育问题,是我国教师专业标准研制的两大基点。当代我国教师专业标准体系应该由三个板块构成:通用标准、形式标准和内容标准。 The establishment of Teachers ' Professional Standard is an importantant part of teachers' education reform. Under the current education reform circumstances, Teachers' Professional Standard refers to the multi-levels teachers' professional qualification system which is used to norm teachers' education trend, to develop teaching profession characteristics and to guide the sustainable development of teachers' professional career. The major task to establish Teachers' Professional Standard is to serve and promote teachers' professional career. Activly learning foreign experence and concerning national education are the two basic points in establishing Teachers' Professional Standard. The current Teachers' Professional Standard should be constituted by general stantand, formal stantand and contents stantand.
