微柱凝胶免疫分析法在新生儿免疫性血小板减少症自身抗体检测中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨微柱凝胶免疫分析法(microcolumn gel immunoassay,MGIA)在新生儿免疫性血小板减少症(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,NITP)自身抗体检测中的应用价值。方法选取我院自2015年4月至2017年4月间血小板减少症新生儿和母亲55例作为研究对象,分别使用固相凝集法(solid phase agglutination,SPA)和MGIA法测定该组患儿的自身抗体,同时对检测结果呈阳性的患儿母亲采用固相凝集法、MGIA法测定其自身抗体情况,对比两种测定方式的结果。结果 5例患儿自身抗体检测,固相凝集法检测阳性率为9.09%,MGIA检测阳性率为9.09%,两种检测方式结果完全一致;5例母亲自身抗体MGIA检测阳性率为100.0%,固相凝集法检测阳性率为60.0%(3例),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.500,P>0.05)。结论新生儿NITP症采用MGIA方式检测诊断操作简单、准确率高,可以为患者的治疗提供参考和指导,因此值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the application values of microcolumn gel immunoassay (MGIA)in detection of autoantibodies in neonatal immune thrombocytopenia (NITP). Methods We selected subjects in our hospital from April 2016-April 2017 with thrombocytopenia,55 cases of newborn and mother as the research object. The solid phase agglutination method and MGIA method were developed for the determination of the group of children autoantibodies. At the same time, the we obtained result of the test positive for children and mother by solid-phase agglutination method for determining its own antibodies, MGIA situation, then compared the results of two methods. Results 5 cases of children of detection of auto-antibody, the positive rate of solid-phase agglutination detection was 9.09%, and the positive rate of MGIA detection was 9.09%. The results of the two methods were identical; The positive rate of MGIA in 13 mothers was 100.0% ,and the positive rate of solid agglutination detection was 60.0% (3 case), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(x2 =2. 500 ,P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The MGIA detection in diagnosis and treatment of neonatal NITP is simple and accurate, which can provide reference and guidance for the treatment of patients. Therefore, it is worth promoting.
