摘要
介绍针对高职院校模具专业教师在教学中存在的不足,通过调研典型模具企业,根据模具专业毕业生就业的职业发展规划,分析了模具设计和制造专业的职业技能要求,提出了改革方法,重新梳理并确定了课程体系,提出了有效的实施方案和考核体系。
In view of the teaching shortcomings of die ＆ mould teachers in higher vocation-al colleges, the professional skills requirements of die ＆ mould design and manufacturingmajor was analyzed by investigating the typical die ＆ mould enterprises and the reformmethods were put forward. According to the career development plan of die ＆ mould em-ployment to re-comb and determine the curriculum system, an effective implementation ofthe program and assessment system was put forward.
