MC operator plays an important role in die&mould manufacturing industry,whose career development needs good introductory education,comprehensively optimization of talent training mode in vocational education.Oriented to enterprises and the future,we should pay attention to cultivate the basic vocational ability and accomplishment,help students to establish a sense of professional identity.It is also necessary for enterprises to take active and effective measures to train talents in the process of employing people.The good school-enterprise cooperation and perfect vocational education system will help beginners to grow into high-quality talents with skills.
