摘要
根据卡槽塑料产品的结构特点和质量要求,对卡槽塑料产品注塑模具进行了设计。在设计中,应用Unigraphics软件创建卡槽塑料产品的三维模型,应用Moldflow软件对工艺结构、浇注系统、冷却系统等进行成型仿真分析,得到合理的填充时间、流动前沿温度、回路冷却温度、翘曲变形量等工艺参数。根据仿真分析结果,选取合适的注塑工艺参数,完成卡槽塑料产品注塑模具的结构设计。经试模生产验证,所设计的卡槽塑料产品注塑模具结构合理,注塑得到的卡槽塑料产品符合使用要求。
According to the structural characteristics and quality requirements of the plastic card slot product,the injection mold of the plastic card slot product was designed.In the design,Unigraphics software was used to create a 3 D model of the plastic card slot product,and Moldflow software was used to perform molding simulation analysis on the process structure,runner system,cooling system,etc.,to obtain reasonable process parameters such as filling time,front edge flow temperature,loop cooling temperature and warpage deformation.According to the results of the simulation analysis,select the appropriate injection molding process parameters to complete the structural design of the plastic injection mold for the plastic card slot product.After the trial mold production verification,the designed injection mold for plastic card slot product has a reasonable structure,and the plastic card slot product obtained by injection molding meets the operating requirement.
