空调遥控器注射模模具的设计及工艺优化

摘要 通过分析空调遥控器的外壳结构和注塑件工艺,对其模具进行了优化设计。利用Moldflow软件模拟型腔内的熔体流动阻力和充填状况,发现侧壁底部中心流动阻力最小、与浇口匹配性最好。此外,通过熔体流动状态的模拟验证了浇注系统的合理性,未出现短射或不足等现象。熔体在充填型腔大约99%时速度与压力开始切换,充填时间为2.334 s。经分析熔体流动前沿温度发现,熔料流动前沿温度保持均匀且较高,外观面不会产生明显熔接痕。 Through the analysis of the shell structure and injection molding process of the air conditioner remote controller,the mold design was optimized.Using Moldflow software to simulate the flow resistance and filling conditions of the melt in the cavity,it was found that the flow resistance in the center of the bottom of the side wall was the smallest and the best matching with the gate was achieved.In addition,the rationality of the gating system was verified by the simulation of the melt flow state,and there was no short-shot or insufficient phenomenon.The speed and pressure of the melt started to switch when the cavity was about 99%filled,and the filling time was 2.334 s.After the temperature analysis of the melt flow front,it was found that the temperature of the melt flow front remained uniform and high,and there was no obvious weld mark on the surface.
