加湿器外壳注塑模四向自动脱模机构及控制机构设计 被引量:9

摘要 对于加湿器外壳的注塑模设计,浇注系统采用了支片潜伏式浇口进胶,有效地避免了虎皮纹、波纹、喷射纹、亮斑等制造缺陷。跟据加湿器的外形结构,模架采用三板模形式,设计了4个脱模抽芯机构,采用弯销抽芯和弹簧直接弹出的设计。结构简单、加工方便、效果明显。三板模的限位机构也采用限位板和限位螺钉的设计,维护方便。对于各模板与滑块的移动动力,也没有借助气缸、液压等辅助动力,只依靠注塑机的开合力就满足了各模板与滑块的移动。最大程度地节约了制造维护成本。 In the design of injection molds for humidifier shell,branch-latented gate feeding was used in the pouring system,which effectively avoided manufacturing defects,such as,tiger skin,corrugation,jet and bright spot and so on.According to the shape structure of humidifier,the three-plated mold was used in the mold frame,and four demoulding and core pulling mechanisms with bent pin and spring popping out directly were designed.The molds had simple structure,convenient processing and obvious effect.Limit mechanism of three-plated mold was also designed with limit plate and limit screw,which was convenient for maintenance.The moving power of each template and slider also wasn’t assisted by cylinder,hydraulic and so on.It could be achieved by the opening and closing force of the injection machine only.Manufacturing maintenance costs were minimized.
