摘要
设计用于烟雾探测器结构测试使用的实验装置,满足在恒定条件下对烟雾探测器外壳结构是否有利于烟气进入进行测试的实验需求。实验装置由测试实验箱体及测试控制显示系统两大部分组成,硬件系统采用Arduino开放平台作为核心控制单元,结构关键零部件使用3D打印技术成型,实现实验装置的稳定使用及实验对象的快速更换。通过实验装置的设计搭建及实验测试应用为烟雾探测器的结构设计改良提供数据支撑。
The experimental device for smoke detector structure test is designed to meet the experimental requirement of whether the smoke detector shell structure is conducive to smoke entry under constant conditions.The experimental device is composed of test box and test control display system.Arduino open platform is used as the core control unit in the hardware system,and 3 D printing technology is used to form the key parts of the structure,so as to realize the stable use of the experimental device and the rapid change of experimental objects.Through the design and construction of the experimental device and the application of the experimental test,it provides data support for the structural design and improvement of the smoke detector.
