摘要
中国石油吉林石化公司炼油厂Ⅰ催化裂化装置设计规模为140×10~4 t/a,落后于当前催化裂化工艺技术的整体水平,主要表现在催化汽油质量差、干气产率偏高、装置能耗高等方面。2015年6月Ⅰ催化裂化装置进行了多产异构烷烃(MIP)工艺技术改造并应用了MIP专用催化剂。技术升级改造后,稳定汽油辛烷值由升级改造前的87提高至89,干气收率由升级改造前的4.1%下降到2.91%,装置能耗由升级改造前的55.22kg oe/t降低到49.57kg oe/t。
The design scale of the I FCC unit is 140×10^4 t/a in Oil Refinery of Jilin Petrochemical Company,which lags behind the current overall level of the FCC technology.In the aspects of poor catalytic gasoline quality,high dry gas yield and high energy consumption of the equipment.In June 2015,Ⅰ FCC unit was revamped,with new technology MIP put into use,and applied MIP dedicated catalyst applied.After the upgrading of technology,the octane number of stabilized gasoline increased from 87 to 89,and the yield of dry gas decreased from 4.1%to 2.91%.Unit energy consumption reduced from55.22 kg oe/t to 49.57 kg oe/t.
