摘要
多产异构烷烃的催化裂化(MIP)工艺在中国石化安庆分公司催化裂化装置的工业应用标定结果表明,与常规FCC工艺相比,对于管输蜡油掺渣油原料,该工艺可以使汽油烯烃体积分数降到35%以下,硫质量分数相对下降了20.55%,汽油诱导期大幅度提高,抗爆指数略有增加,同时,产品分布得到优化,干气收率下降,总液体收率有所提高。
MIP technology for processing intermediate-base feedstock, Guanshu VGO blended with VR, was successfully applied in the FCCU of Anqing Petrochemical Company. In comparison with conventional FCC, the test run results showed that the olefin and sulfur contents in the cracked naphtha dropped below 35% and reduced by 20. 55% respectively; the naphtha induction period was significantly prolonged and the antiknock index of the naphtha was somewhat raised. In addition, the product distribution was improved, such as the gas yield decreased and total liquid yield increased.
