摘要
介绍了多产异构烷烃(MIP)催化裂化工艺在中石化安庆分公司120万t/a催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况,从工艺条件方面分析了该技术的主要影响因素。结果表明:反应温度、催化剂类型、原料油性质、第二反应区催化剂藏量等是影响MIP催化裂化技术的主要因素;第一反应区反应温度控制在515-520℃为宜;第二反应区急冷油注入量不宜大于10 t/h;第二反应区催化剂藏量控制在4-5 t为宜;焦化蜡油及石蜡基直馏蜡油先经抽提后再用作原料,可降低汽油的烯烃含量;使用MIP专用剂能更好地发挥MIP技术的功效。
The industrial application of maximizing iso- paraffins (MIP) catalytic cracking process in 1.20 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of Anqing Petrochemical Company were introduced, and the primary influence factors of this process were analysed too. The results showed that reaction temperature, catalyst type ,feedstock properties and catalyst charge in the secondary reaction zone all have influence on MIP catalytic cracking process. The optimal conditions were:the reaction temperature of the first reaction zone 515 -520 ℃ ,the injection amount of cooling oil to the secondary reaction zone less than 10 t/ h and the catalyst charge in the secondary reaction zone 4 - 5 t. The contents of olefin in gasoline decreased when extracted coking paraffin oil and straight- run paraffin oil were used as feedstock. The function and efficiency of MIP technique was improved by adopting its special catalyst.
