摘要
我国车用汽油生产基础技术路线是MIP和S Zorb及MIP和汽油加氢脱硫组合。在车用乙醇汽油强制推出之际,对这条基础技术路线进行了深入分析,得到了这条技术路线成为车用乙醇汽油生产的首选技术路线的结论。并在这条技术路线的基础上,开发出生产超低烯烃含量汽油的FCC技术、灵活吸附脱硫技术、汽油重烯烃转化技术和精细FCC技术,将这些技术组合可使汽油烯烃体积分数降至15%以下,汽油辛烷值增加1.5个单位以上,异丁烷和汽油收率明显增加,有望形成新一代车用汽油生产技术路线,为我国车用乙醇汽油的生产提供可靠的技术保证。
The analysis and comparison of different gasoline production technology routes indicated that in the case of the compulsory implementation of ethanol gasoline in China,the first technical route for the production of qualified ethanol gasoline is the combination process of MIP-S Zorb or MIP-HDS. On the basis of this technology route,new technologies,like the FCC processes for producing gasoline with ultra low olefins,flexible adsorption desulphurization process,conversion of heavy fraction of gasoline to lights one and fine FCC as well are developed. By these processes combination,the olefin in gasoline can be reduced to less than 15%(φ) and RON increased by more than 1.5 points,the yields of isobutane and gasoline are significantly increased. It is expected to form a new technical route for vehicle gasoline production and provide reliable technical guarantee for the production of ethanol gasoline in China.
