摘要
从炼油总流程及汽油池构成出发,分析了中国石化武汉分公司(简称武汉分公司)汽油质量从国Ⅴ标准升级到国Ⅵ标准的有利因素和不利因素。建立了汽油调合线性规划数学模型,定量分析了武汉分公司汽油质量向国ⅥA标准和国ⅥB标准升级中存在的问题及应对措施,对烷基化油产量、重整汽油苯含量、SZorb汽油的烯烃含量和蒸气压进行了灵敏度分析,为制定汽油出厂应急方案提供依据。
Based on the general refining process and gasoline pool of SINOPEC Wuhan Company,the advantages and disadvantages for upgrading gasoline quality from national standard Ⅴ to national standard Ⅵ were analyzed.The linear program model for gasoline blending was established for quantitative analysis of upgrading gasoline to national standard ⅥA and ⅥB.The sensitivity analysis of alkylate output,benzene content of reformer gasoline,olefin content and vapor pressure of S Zorb gasoline were performed to provide the basis for formulating the emergency plan of gasoline for sale.
