摘要
针对二催化装置干气产率异常做了数据分析,通过现场比对得出,本装置干气收率以及组分异常是存在再生烟气串入点造成的。结合实际提出了技术验证方案,通过实际验证判断出泄漏点的位置,同时提出控制措施,实现了干气产率正常和装置稳定运行。
Data analysis was made on abnormal yield of dry gas from the second catalytic device, the cause for the abnormality on dry gas yield and components was found to be the regenerated flue gas string into the device by local comparison. Combing with actual production, technological confirmation project was given and leakage position was found. Control measures were put forth, stable running of the device and normal yield of the dry gas were realized.
