超声波提取-气相色谱法同时检测白菜中拟除虫菊酯残留 被引量:8

Determination of Pyrethroid Residue in Cabbage Using Ultrasonic Extraction GC-ECD Simultaneous

摘要 建立超声提取-气相色谱法(带ECD检测器)同时检测白菜中甲氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯残留的方法。以乙腈作为提取剂,在53 k Hz,180 W,温度30℃条件下超声提取25 min,用弗罗里矽固相萃取柱净化,在氮气作载气的条件下,采用程序升温和不分流进样模式进行GC-ECD检测。3种农药在质量浓度0.1~50μg/m L范围具有良好的线性关系,方法回收率在73.59%~96.29%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10%(0.55%~5.9%)(n=6),方法检测限在0.02~0.04μg/L之间。该方法可大大节约提取溶剂,缩短测定时间。 Ultrasonic extraction-GC-ECD was applied to the simultaneous determination of three pesticides: fenpropathrin, cypermethrin and deltamethrin in cabbage. Using acetonitrile as the extracting agent, samples were extracted in 30 ℃ ultrasonic water bath for 25 min under 53 k Hz, 180 W. After purification with Florisil PR(6 m L/1 000 mg),samples were analyzed by GC-ECD. The results showed that the three pesticides has a good linear relationship under the range of 0.1-50 μg/m L, the minimum detection limit of the method was between 0.02-0.04 μg/L, the relative standard deviation was less than 10%(0.55%~5.90%)(n = 6) and the recovery rate was between 73.59%-96.29%.
