摘要
应用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了啶虫脒、吡虫啉、甲霜灵、多效唑和氯虫苯甲酰胺5种农药在青钱柳茶中的残留分析方法。样品用乙腈匀浆提取,Carbon/NH2小柱净化,UPLC-MS/MS检测,外标法(ESTD)定量。在0.005~0.500 mg/L质量浓度范围内,5种农药的仪器响应值与质量浓度呈良好线性关系(线性回归系数R>0.99);在3个添加水平下(0.01、0.05和0.10 mg/kg)的平均回收率为79.3%~102.6%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.18%~9.28%,定量限为0.1~0.5μg/kg。该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于检测青钱柳茶中5种农药的残留量。
An analytical method using ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was adopted for the analysis of 5 kinds of pesticide residues i.e.acetamiprid,imidacloprid,metalaxyl,paclobutrazol,chlorantraniliprole in Cyclocarya paliurus tea-like drink.Samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and cleaned up with Carbon/NH2,external standard method was used for the quantitative determination.The instrumental response values of these 5 kinds of pesticide residues satisfied a good linear relationship(R>0.99)in the mass concentration range of 0.005~0.5 mg/L.The average recoveries obtained from 3 spiked concentrations(0.01,0.05 and 0.10 mg/kg)were 79.3%~102.6% with relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=5)ranging from 1.18% to 9.28%.The limits of quantitation were from 0.1 to 0.5μg/kg.This method is characterized by simple and rapid sample processing,high sensitivity and good repeatability,which is suitable for the detection of these 5 kinds of pesticide residues in Cyclocarya paliurus tea-like drink.
