摘要
目的:探讨音乐治疗对精神分裂症康复期患者社会功能的影响。方法:收治精神分裂症康复期患者90例,分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组在药物治疗基础上联合音乐治疗,对照组给予单纯抗精神病药物治疗。结果:观察组社会功能恢复明显比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论:音乐治疗对精神分裂症康复期患者社会功能恢复有帮助,提高了患者的社会交往能力及生活自理能力,疗效明显。
Objective：To explore the influence of music therapy on the social function of patients with schizophrenia in the recovery period.Methods：90 patients with schizophrenia in the recovery period were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each.The observation group was combined with music therapy on the basis of drug treatment,and the control group was treated with antipsychotic drugs only.Results：The social function of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Music therapy is helpful for the recovery of social function in patients with schizophrenia,and improves the social communication ability and self-care ability of patients.
