摘要
目的探讨音乐治疗的临床操作规律,旨为音乐治疗临床操作提供依据。方法阐述音乐治疗临床操作理论的独立性和重要性,并对音乐治疗的基本规律进行分析。结果在音乐临床治疗中应根据治疗的具体需要,灵活地选择、调整、运用音乐形式;在选曲方面,应把服从现实的治疗需要放在第一位,在尊重治疗需要的前提下,再考虑患者的习惯。结论应结合临床的治疗条件和患者的个人情况,灵活地选择、调整、综合运用音乐治疗方法。
Objective To investigate clinical manipulation of music therapy. Methods The basic law of clinical manipulation of music theray was analyzed. The independence and significance of clinical manipulation of music theray were explained. Results In the clinical use of music therapy,the music needed selecting,adjusted and used fexibly according to its base on the actual needs. The need for treatment was put at the first place and then the habits of patients were considered. Conclusioin Music therapy should be manipulated by selecting,adjusting and using the therapy based on the medical understandings and individual conditions.
