摘要
目的 探讨在急性淋巴细胞白血病住院患儿中,实施表达性艺术护理对减缓患儿医疗恐惧的效果。方法 选取2019年7月—2022年6月医院收治的126例急性淋巴细胞白血病住院患儿作为研究对象,按组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组与观察组,各63例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组实施表达性艺术护理干预。比较两组患儿干预前后的心理状态、医疗恐惧水平。结果 实施表达性艺术护理干预后,观察组患儿医疗恐惧评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿抑郁情绪得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 表达性艺术护理干预能有效降低急性淋巴细胞白血病住院患儿医疗恐惧水平,帮助其释放和宣泄内心情绪,改善其心理状态并增强疾病与治疗适应能力,对患儿心理健康发展具有重要促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing expressive art nursing on alleviating medical fear of children with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in hospitalized children.Methods 126 cases of hospitalised children with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study object,they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle that the basic data between the groups were comparable,each with 63 cases.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented expressive arts nursing intervention.Compare the psychological state and medical fear level of children in the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the implementation of expressive arts nursing intervention,the medical fear score of children in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),and the depression score of children in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Expressive art nursing intervention could eff ectively reduce the level of medical fear of children with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia,help them release and vent their inner emotions,improve their psychological state and enhance the ability to adapt to the disease and treatment,which has an important role in promoting the development of children's mental health.
