摘要
目的:探讨整合医学疗法对住院精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:选取精神分裂症患者100例,均进行整合医学治疗(音乐、沙盘治疗+中医汤药+传统西医药物治疗),比较患者干预前(T1)、干预2周(T2)、干预1个月(T3)、干预3个月(T4)、干预6个月(T5)的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、阳性与阴性症状量表评分(PANSS)、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表评分(SSFPI)、中医体质辨识表结果以及副反应情况;分析干预时间与HAMA、HAMD、PANSS、SSFPI的相关性。结果:不同干预时间的HAMA、HAMD、PANSS、SSFPI评分的各项及总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且Spearman相关分析显示,HAMA、HAMD、PANSS评分的各项及总分与干预时间均呈负相关(P<0.05),SSFPI评分的各项及总分与干预时间均呈正相关(P<0.05);不同干预时间的中医体质辨识表结果以及副反应发生情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着干预时间的延长,平和质的患者构成比不断上升,发生副反应的例数逐渐降低。结论:整合医学疗法对精神分裂症患者控制症状、减轻焦虑和抑郁情绪、提高社会适应能力、改善体质等方面效果显著,且副反应发生情况明显减少。
Objective:To explore the effect of integrated medical therapy on schizophrenia inpatients.Method:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia were selected,all patients received integrated medical treatment(music,sand table therapy+traditional Chinese medicine decoction+traditional western medicine).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS),Social Function Rating Scale(SSFPI),the results of TCM constitution identification table and side effects in patients with before intervention(T1),and 2 weeks(T2),1 month(T3),3 months(T4)and 6 months(T5)after intervention were compared,the correlation between intervention time and HAMA,HAMD,PANSS,SSFPI was analyzed.Result:The scores of HAMA,HAMD,PANSS and SSFPI at different intervals were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and Spearman correlation analysis showed that the scores of HAMA,HAMD and PANSS were negatively correlated with the intervention time(P<0.05),and the scores of SSFPI were positively correlated with the intervention time(P<0.05).The results of TCM physique identification table and the occurrence of side effects in different intervening time were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and with the prolongation of intervention time,the proportion of patients with mild quality increased,and the number of side effects decreased gradually.Conclusion:Integrative medical therapy has significant effects on controlling symptoms,alleviating anxiety and depression,improving social adaptability and improving physical fitness of schizophrenic patients,and the occurrence of side effects is significantly reduced.
