摘要
目的研究针灸推拿配合中药治疗对于早期膝关节炎治疗的效果及其对临床治疗作用。方法选取2016年8月—2017年5月早期膝关节炎患者,通过对在医院就诊的100患者进行探究,将其分为观察组和对照组(各50例),其中对照组患者采用西医药物进行治疗,观察组患者采取针灸推拿配合中医治疗。通过对两组临床效果进行分析和总结,从而对其效果进行分析。结果通过对两组膝关节炎分组治疗,每组50例,观察出患者治疗的有效人数有48例,有效率为96%,对照组的有效人数为35例,有效率为70%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=4.389,P>0.05)。结论针灸推拿配合中药治疗对于治疗早期膝关节炎有着较好的效果,同时治疗过程较为稳定,在治疗中值得进行推广。同时结果证明中医治疗的效果较为长久,且不易反复,效果较为明显。
Objective To study the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of early knee arthritis and its clinical therapeutic effect. Methods Patients with knee osteoarthritis from August 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled. The 100 patients in the hospital were investigated and divided into observa- tion group and control group （50 cases each）. The drug was treated, and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and massage combined with Chinese medicine treatment. The effects of the two groups were analyzed and summarized to analyze their effects. Results By grouping knee arthritis in groups, 50 patients in each group were observed to have 48 effective patients, the effective rate was 96%, and the effective number in the control group was 35, the effective rate was 709＂o（χ2=4.389,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment has a good effect on the treatment of early knee arthritis, and the treatment pro- cess is relatively stable, which is worthy of promotion in treatment. At the same time, the results prove that the effect of TCM treatment is longer, and it is not easy to repeat, and the effect is more obvious.
