摘要
目的:探讨中药与针灸推拿联合治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:95例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组(n=48例)和对照组(n=47例)。两组均采用针灸推拿治疗,观察组再联合中药治疗。治疗结束后对比两组患者的膝关节症状改善效果及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者症状均显著缓解。治疗后两组临床症状的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。症状总积分、CRP、ESR水平比较:两组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组症状总积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组CRP、ESR水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针灸推拿配合中药活血寄生汤治疗膝骨性关节可的显著改善患者膝关节运动情况,提高患者的生活质量,安全性较高。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods： 95 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group（n=48 cases） and control group（n=47 cases）.The two groups were treated with acupuncture and massage therapy,the observation group combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Improvement effect and clinical effect of knee joint symptoms in two groups after treatment.Results： Compared with before treatment,two patients symptoms were significantly alleviated.There are significant differences in the clinical symptoms of the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）.The total scores of symptoms,CRP and ESR levels： the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）.There was statistical significance between the two groups after treatment the total symptom score difference（P〈0.05）,but no statistical significance in two groups of CRP,ESR level difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture and massage combined with Chinese medicine Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of parasitic knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve patients of knee joint motion,improve the quality of life of patients,high security.
