摘要
通过分析发现,由于设计、检修、运行方式等方面的原因,造成了双级动叶可调轴流引风机动叶频繁卡涩。根据实践,从设计改进、运行维护和检修等方面对预防、处理措施进行了探讨,提出了改进意见,可为同类型引风机卡涩异常处理提供参考。
Through analysis,it is found that the two-stage moving blade adjustable axial flow fan is frequently jammed because of the design,maintenance,operation mode and so on. According to the practice,the prevention,countermeasures are discussed and the improvement opinion is put forward,considering the design improvement,operation maintenance and overhaul. It can provide a reference for jamming issues of induced draft fan with similar condition.
