火电厂一次风机振动故障分析及处理措施研究

摘要 一次风机作为工业生产的重要设备之一,被广泛应用于电力、冶金、石化等行业。一次风机在长期运行过程中可能会出现振动故障,振动故障不仅会影响设备的运行效率及稳定性,还会对设备的寿命和安全性造成严重的影响,严重时甚至导致安全事故的发生。文章针对电厂一次风机故障进行分析,包括设备结构运行参数、安装工况等多方面因素,并对振动故障进行分析,明确故障原因,并制定相应的处理措施,确保一次风机的运行效率及安全性。 As an essential equipment in industrial production,primary air fans are widely used in sectors such as power generation,metallurgy,and petrochemicals.During long-term operation,these fans may experience vibration faults,which not only impact equipment efficiency and stability but also severely affect their lifespan and safety.In this article,we analyze the vibration faults of primary air fans in power plants,considering factors such as equipment structure,operational parameters,and installation conditions.We identify the root causes of these faults and propose corresponding treatment measures to ensure the efficient and safe operation of primary air fans.
