摘要
介绍动叶可调轴流风机的特点、运行工况的调节方法、调节机构及调节原理,指出轴流风机调节过程存在的不足,从风机的系统结构及运行方面分析风机调节困难的原因并制定相应防范措施,针对风机喘振保护的配置提出了建议。
Characteristics of the moving blade adjusted axial fan and principle, me thod,adjusting mechanism and adjusting theory of the adjustable-blade axial fan adjustment are introduced, the lack of the adjustable-blade axial fan is point ed out, the cause of difficulty in adjusting is analyzed from system structure a nd operation aspect of fan,the relative precautions are put forward,and proposes some suggestion pointing to configuration of fan surge protection.
