摘要
目的:以果蝇为动物模型,研究豆腐柴提取物对果蝇寿命的影响。方法:采用8 h内羽化未交配的果蝇成虫为研究对象,设立对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,其培养基中豆腐柴提取物的浓度分别为0、1.2、2.4、3.6 mg/mL,进行恒温恒湿培养直至果蝇全部死亡,观察果蝇的平均寿命、半数死亡期和最高寿命。结果:低、中剂量组豆腐柴提取物可以延长雌性果蝇的平均寿命、半数死亡期和最高寿命,高剂量组对延长雌性果蝇的寿命有副作用;低、中、高剂量组均可以延长雄性果蝇的平均寿命、半数死亡期和最高寿命。结论:豆腐柴提取物在适当浓度下可以延长果蝇寿命。
Objective: Using the fruit fly as an animal model to study the effect of extracts of Premna microphylla Turcz curd on the longevity of fruit flies. Methods: The adults of drosophila melanogaster that were eclosioned within 8 h were selected as the research object. The concentrations of the extracts of Premna microphylla Turcz was determined as 0, 1.2, 2.4, 3.6 mg/mL respectively in the control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group, cultured in constant temperature and humidity until all the flies died, observed the average life span of flies, half of the death and the highest life expectancy. Results: The low and medium dose of bean curd extract could prolong the average life span, half of the dead and the highest life expectancy of female flies, while the high dose group had a negative effect on the longevity of female flies. The low, medium and high dose groups could be prolonged male drosophila average life expectancy, half the number of deaths and the highest life expectancy. Conclusion: Premna microphylla Turcz extractive at the appropriate concentration can extend the life span of fruit flies.
