摘要
供给侧结构性改革强调应用型高校在转型发展过程中要提高人才供给质量,本文旨在分析如何通过分类培养的理念来促进应用型人才的培养,满足用人单位对人才的异质化需求,支撑应用型本科院校的特色发展。以辽宁对外经贸学院工商管理专业尝试应用型转型为例,系统介绍了地方高校应用型的尝试过程,在此基础上提出应用型高校如何有效转型的建议,以期对地方应用型高校转型发展提供思路和借鉴。
The supply side structural reform emphasizes Applied Colleges in the evelopment process to improve the quality of talent supply,this paper aims to analyze how to classify the training concept to promote the cultivation of applied talents to meet the demand for talent,heterogeneity of the employer,to support application-oriented colleges and universities haracteristic development. In this paper,the Liaoning University of International Business business management professional application transformation as an example,introduced a system of local colleges and universities try process applied,on the basis of the application oriented universities how to effectively transition suggestions,in order to local colleges restructuring and development to provide ideas and reference.
