摘要
要推进地方本科高校工商管理类专业转型发展,应准确把握国民经济社会和人才需求新形势,深刻理解转型发展就是要适应新的商业模式及其外部环境需要,实现人才培养观念、人才培养定位、人才培养机制以及人才培养保障方式的根本性转变,科学设计实施方案。要对接企业需求,创新校企合作机制和模式;对接产业需求,构建特色专业模块和集群;对接职业标准,完善"产教融合"人才培养模式;对接培养目标,建设高水平"双师型"队伍。
To promote the transformation of business administration specialties in local colleges and universities, we ought to develop a good understanding of the current national economy and the present demand for talents. Transformational development means for business administration specialties to be adapt to new business models and to meet the needs of the society. It also means that fundamental changes should occur in the concept, orientation, mechanism, and guarantee mode of talent-development. It requires a good understanding of the enterprises' needs for talents before we can promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises; a good understanding of needs for talents among different industries before we can construct characteristic specialty module and cluster; a good understanding of the occupational standards before we can improve the joint mode of production and education for talent cultivation ; and a good understanding of the talent training goals before we can build a teaching staff capable of both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
