摘要
在转型发展背景下,开展创业型人才培养模式探索已经刻不容缓。今后一个时期正是地方高校工商管理创业型人才培养的黄金时期。地方高校培养工商管理创业型人才,应以创业意识培养为引擎,以创业知识培养为基础,以创业能力培养为重点,以创业品质培养为核心,四方面素质需均衡发展,四个模块均不可偏废。
Under the background of transformational development,it is urgent to explore and develop an entrepreneurship-based talent training mode. The cultivation of entrepreneurial business management talents in local universities is set to enter a golden era in the coming future. In order for local universities to churn out more entrepreneurship-oriented talents,four aspects should be prioritized,namely,cultivating entrepreneurial spirit as the engine,developing entrepreneurial knowledge as the base,boosting entrepreneurial capabilities as the priority,and enhancing entrepreneurship training quality as the core.
