摘要
农资经销商在涉农事业单位改革中产生,在农业市场化改革的推进中兴起并急剧分化,在新型农业经营体系构建中转型发展,其角色功能与市场行为呈现出鲜明的阶段性特征,其转型动力源于政府的改革导向、市场竞争机制的牵引、本身的理性、农业经营主体变化等因素的共同作用,其转型发展需要有效发挥政府权威性主体的统合功能。
Generated in the reform process of government's agricultural sector,agricultural material distributors developed rapidly and differentiated sharply in the market-oriented reform of agriculture,reconstructed with the development of new agricultural management system;they have played different role and market behavior at different stages,and the power of change comes from the common effects of several factors,such as the government's reform orientation,the traction of market competition mechanism,the rational choice of agricultural material distributors,the change of agricultural operators,etc.As an authoritative subject,the government should effectively play its integrating function so as to provide basic condition for the transformation of agricultural material distributors.
