Internet + Higher Education: Facilitating education reform through a research-led teaching and learning approach

摘要 当前"互联网+"下新兴科技的推广和应用给各行各业带来了前所未有的冲击,教育领域也不例外。本文以中外合作办学的西交利物浦大学为例,对"互联网+"下高等教育的发展趋势进行深入分析,旨在探索通过应用"研究导向型教学"来深化教学改革的路径与方法,并分析实施该创新教学模式时需要注意的重点和难点。希望能够通过与国内高教工作者共同研究和探讨此类教学模式,进一步促进高等教育的方式、方法和内涵建设水平的综合提升。 The development and application of ICTs and other emerging technologies have brought challenge to all,including the field of higher education.Using Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University as a case study,this paper provides an insight into the development trend of'Internet+Education'.It intends to explore the ways and methods of facilitating the reform of higher education through the application of a'research-led learning and teaching'model.It also indicates key issues arising in the implementation of such pedagogy.It is expected that,by sharing this with others in China and overseas,this research would further facilitate the reform of higher education in China and thereby improve its overall quality.
