摘要
研究生培养机制改革推行11年中,导师项目资助制的实施凸显了师生经济关系,出现了一些不良现象。在科学工程技术研究过程中,作为教学中的两个主体——导师和研究生,通过构建共同的价值目标,平等互动、互利共赢、共同发展,完全可以消除导师项目资助制带来的不良影响,形成和谐的师生关系,从而利于提高研究生培养质量。
During the 11-year reform of the Graduate Training Mechanism,the implementation of the mentor project funding system has highlighted the economic relations between advisors and students,despite of some bad phenomena.In science and engineering research,advisors and graduate students,as two subjects in teaching,by building shared value goals with equal interaction,mutual benefit and mutual development,can completely eliminate the adverse effects brought by the supervisor funding system and form a harmonious relationship between advisors and students,which will help to raise the quality of the graduate students.
