摘要
文章对我院在住培中开展中医经典教学进行总结。首先本工作的目的是通过加强中医经典教学,为住培生架起中医理论和临床的桥梁,从而帮助其在较短时间内初步建立起中医临证思维。其次教学工作是通过以问题为导向的中医经典讲座、双导师临床带教以及形式多样的活动来开展。在工作中我们发现中医经典师资缺乏是导致本工作难以顺利开展的主要原因,而院校合作可能是解决的方法之一,也是一个双赢的捷径,值得我们今后进一步研究。
This paper summarized the teaching of classical traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital. First of all, the purpose of this work is to build a bridge between the TCM theory and standardized training residency by additional TCM classics teaching, thus a TCM differential diagnosis by stages is to be basically established within a relatively short period. Secondly, the teaching work is realized mainly through the problem-oriented lectures of classical traditional Chinese medicine, double tutors ’ clinical teaching pattern and various forms of activities. We found that the lack of classical Chinese medicine teachers is the main reason leading to the difficulty in carrying out the work, a smooth process of the work can be secured by strengthen cooperation with universities and hospitals, and it is also a win-win shortcut, which is worthy of further study in the future.
