摘要
自主设计并开发了一套新型纤维增强复合薄板非线性振动测试平台.首先,开发了基于LabVIEW控制的二维激光扫描测振系统,介绍了该系统的实现原理及测控优势.然后,自主设计复合薄板专用夹具、振动转化底座等功能部件,完成纤维增强复合薄板激振平台的设计与开发.最后,经过对各个功能部件进行安装、调试和组配后,利用该振动测试平台获得了复合薄板结构的3类非线性振动现象,包括谐波失真、软式刚度非线性和非线性跳跃现象.应用研究表明,开发的测试平台能够达到预期实验效果,且相对于已有测试平台,在测试精度、测试效率方面都有大幅提高,可以为纤维增强复合结构的非线性振动测试问题提供一种新思路和新方法.
A new nonlinear vibration testing platform of fiber reinforced composite thin plate was designed and developed.Firstly,the two-dimensional laser scanning vibration measurement system based on LabVIEW was developed,and subsequently the realization principles of this system and its measuring advantages were introduced in detail.Then,the corresponding exciting platform and some important components,including the special fixture of the composite thin plate,the vibration conversion base and others were also designed.Finally,when we finish the installation,debugging and matching of the above components,three kinds of nonlinear vibration phenomenon of composite thin plate were obtained based on the above testing platform,such as harmonic distortion,the soft nonlinear stiffness and nonlinear jump.The practical application results shows that the self-designed test platform can meet the needs of nonlinear vibration measurement,and its test accuracies and test efficiencies have been greatly improved compared with the traditional ones.Therefore,it can provide a new idea and technique for the nonlinear vibration test of fiber reinforced composite structure.
