摘要
笔者为解决"自动控制原理"教学中比较抽象等问题,设计了一套由操作演示软件、单片机控制模块和被控模块组成的教学模型。将LabVIEW开发软件用于设置模式、输入信号类型和参数,通过USB与单片机模块通信,它可以控制被控模块转盘转速,并用旋转编码器采集运行数据反馈至该软件。学生可亲自操作,通过观察被控过程,加深对开闭环控制、传递函数、时间和频率响应、PID校正等的理解和应用。
In order to solve the contradiction between theory and application in Automatic Control Theory course, the authors make a teaching model including demonstration software module, single-chip control module and under- control mechanical module. We develope a software by LabVIEW, which is used to setting control mode/input sig- naL/parameters, it controls the turntable~ speed through the USB communication with single-chip control module, meanwhile, the rotary encoder catches actual motion data and sends it to the software. Students deepen comprehen- sion and application on open/close loop, transfer function, time/frequency response, PID and etc on operating the model and observing the under-control process.
