摘要
目的进一步建立控制银翘退热颗粒质量的方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对银翘退热颗粒处方中牛蒡子、薄荷、淡竹叶进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定银翘退热颗粒中连翘苷、牛蒡苷和甘草苷的含量。结果在TLC色谱中,可检测出牛蒡子、薄荷、淡竹叶的特征斑点,斑点清晰,易于观察;甘草苷线性范围为0.006 25~0.021 9 mg·mL^(-1),r=0.999 8,平均回收率为95.18%,RSD为1.81%;连翘苷线性范围为0.006 08~0.021 3 mg·mL^(-1),r=0.999 9,平均回收率为107.0%,RSD为1.72%;牛蒡苷线性范围为0.066 0~0.231 mg·mL^(-1),r=0.999 7,平均回收率为94.22%,RSD为3.55%,方法精密度、重现性、稳定性均较好。结论建立的定性定量方法简便可行,能够为评价和控制银翘退热颗粒质量提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method to further control the quality of Yinqiao Antipyretic granules. METHODS Fructus Arctii,menthae haplocalycis herba,lophatherum gracile in Yinqiao Antipyretic granules were identifide by TLC. And the contents of liquiritin,phillyrin and arctiin were determined by HPLC. RESULTS Fructus Arctii,menthae haplocalycis herba,lophatherum gracile could be detected by TLC and easily to observe. A good linear relationship was found between the peak areas of apigenin for liquiritin、phillyrin、arctiin,from the linear range of liquiritin was 0. 006 25-0. 021 9 mg·mL^-1,r = 0.999 8,the average recovery rate of liquiritin was 95.18% with a RSD of 1.81%,the linear range of phillyrin was 0.006 08-0.021 3 mg·mL^-1,r= 0.999 9,the average recovery rate of phillyrin was 107.0% with a RSD of 1.72%,and the linear range of arctiin was 0.066 0-0.231 mg·mL^-1,r = 0.999 7,the average recovery rate of arctiin was 94.22% and the RSD was 3.55%. CONCLUSION The method is simple with good reproducibility. This study provides scientific basis for the good quality evaluation and control of Yinqiao Antipyretic granules.
