摘要
补充和完善感冒胶囊质量标准。采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对薄荷进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对苦杏仁进行鉴别,采用HPLC法测定感冒胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱总含量。结果显示,TLC法专属性强,能有效鉴别薄荷药材;HPLC法专属性强,能有效鉴别苦杏仁;盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸伪麻黄碱在各自范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.0%~103.0%(RSD<3%)。该研究建立的药材鉴别和含量测定方法为提高与完善感冒胶囊质量标准提供了科学依据。
To supplement and improve the quality standard of Ganmao capsule,thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used for the qualitative identification of Herb Menthae,Semen Armeniacae Amarum was identified by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),HPLC method was used to determine the total content of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Ganmao capsule.TLC method was specific and could effectively identify the essential materials of Herb Menthae;HPLC method has strong specificity and can effectively identify Semen Armeniacae Amarum;ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride presented a good relationship in their respective linear range(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 99.0%-103%(RSD3%).The identification and content determination method established in this study provides a scientific basis for improving the quality standard of Ganmao capsules.
