摘要
闪速炼铜"四高"尤其是高热负荷的发展趋势对炉体结构提出了新的要求。结合当前国内闪速炉发展状况及祥光铜业实际,介绍了闪速炉体结构的发展过程、冷却元件的布局方式,并对今后的发展做了展望。
"Four high" of copper flash smelting, especially the development trend of high heat load, call for new requirements on furnace structure. Development of flash furnace structure and structure layout of furnace cooling element were introduced with combination of current domestic flash furnace and practice of Xiangguang Copper. The development of flash furnace structure in future is prospected.
