摘要
金冠闪速吹炼炉给料系统原采用失重计量+风动溜槽+冰铜喷嘴,低装入量情况下能够满足生产要求,但是随着生产负荷的不断提升,逐渐暴露出一系列问题,就此,金冠进行了针对性的优化、改进,取得较好的效果。
Jinguan Flash Converting Furnace feeding system use Loss-in-weight+air slider+matte burner,and this system is satisfy the request of the production under the low capacity,but with the improving of the production load,a series of problems were exposed gradually.So We made some improvements,and achieved good results.
