摘要
为查清江西某闪速炉渣浮选铜精矿中砷含量较高的原因,对该闪速炉渣进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:闪速炉中的砷主要以砷化铜、砷化铁等金属砷化物的形式存在,这些含砷矿物粒度微细,大部分都是以微细粒形式包裹于冰铜中,在磨矿过程中很难解离,而且砷化铜与冰铜的浮游性能较为相似,在选矿过程中不易将两者分离,将最终导致铜精矿中砷含量过高。
The process mineralogy of flash smelting slag in Jiangxi were studied to find out the reasons of higher arsenic content in the copper concentrate. The results showed that arsenic mainly existed in Cu3As phase and Fe2As phase , the arsenic mineral enclosed in matte as micro fine particle,meanwhile, Cu3As phase and matte have similar floating performance, both of which will bring unfavorable effect on the separation of copper and arsenic.
