摘要
通过化学反应分析了冰铜闪速吹炼中金属铜、炉渣、烟尘、炉结的形成机理及工艺条件;结合铜陵有色金冠铜业的生产实践,分析了闪速吹炼操作中工艺控制的要点和方法,并从理论上分析了闪速吹炼生产操作中的工艺问题产生的原因,对优化闪速吹炼的工艺控制及研究方向提出了建议。
Through assumption of chemical reactions occuring in matte Flash Converting, generation mechanism of metal copper, slag, dust and accretion and process conditions were discussed. Based on operational practice in Jinguan Copper, key points and methods for process control in Flash Converting operation are deduced. Causes for process trouble occuring in Flash Converting operation are theoretically analyzed. Optimization of Flash Converting process control and future studies are proposed.
