摘要 针对加油站收发油及清罐作业期间可能发生的事故,以加油站埋地油罐为例,针对50 m^3埋地储罐情况进行建模,开展数值模拟,计算发生爆炸事故时爆炸冲击波对油罐周围人员、设施的影响。模拟结果表明:油罐内爆炸产生的冲击波通过人孔井传出之后,在人孔井外爆炸超压均小于5 kPa。当人孔井内发生爆炸时,人孔井内局部区域冲击波超压超过2 kPa,人孔井外冲击波超压均小于2 kPa。 Aiming at the accidents during the oil transfer and tank cleaning, taking tile underground tank of oil station as example, the numerical simulation was carried out with the model of 50 m^3 underground oil tank. The impact of explosion shock wave of oil tank to the personnel and facilities around was calculated. The simulation results showed that blast shock wave inside the tank spread out through the manhole ,and the explosion overpressure is less than 5 ken outside the manhole. When explosion happened in the man hole ,the shock wave overpressure inside can be more than 2 kPa in partial area, and the explosion overpressure outside are less than 2 kPa.
