石化装置燃爆事故后果与防控模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对石油化工厂大尺度空间、复杂地形、多装置的事故情景,采用CFD方法对危险气体泄漏扩散及爆炸事故进行研究,得到爆炸冲击波影响范围和影响程度,并提出抗爆墙爆炸防护设计要求。结果表明,当乙烯发生50 mm孔径泄漏时,蒸气云爆炸作用在抗爆墙的超压超过15 kPa时,8.3 m的抗爆墙可以有效阻挡爆炸冲击。研究结果可为石化企业提供可能的灾害事故及后果,有助于提升石化企业事故应对能力。 In view of the accident scenarios of petrochemical plants with large scale,complex terrain and multiple devices,this paper studied the leakage and diffusion of dangerous gases and explosion accidents by using the simulation method based on computational fluid dynamics,obtained the influence range and influence degree of explosion shock wave,and put forward the explosion protection design requirements of anti-explosion wall.The results showed that the overpressure of steam cloud explosion on the anti-explosion wall exceeded 15 kPa when ethylene leaks with an aperture of 50 mm,and the anti-explosion wall of 8.3 m could effectively block the explosion impact.The research results can provide possible consequences of disasters and accidents for petrochemical enterprises,and help to improve the ability of petrochemical enterprises to cope with accidents.
