摘要
以某LNG接收站槽车装卸区为研究对象,借助FLACS建立了LNG槽车装卸区的全尺寸三维模型并进行仿真计算,模拟计算不同天气条件、泄漏时间和泄漏速率场景下的天然气可燃气体云团瞬态发展及影响范围,计算蒸气云爆炸产生超压的最大值,并分析影响因素,为槽车装卸区在接收站的平面布局及LNG泄漏的安全监控和应急响应提供参考数据。
In this paper,taking a LNG truck loading station as example,using FLACS software,a full-scale 3D model of LNG truck loading station is established,the transient development and influence range of flammable LNG clouds in different weather conditions,leakage time and leakage rate are simulated,the maximum overpressure of steam cloud explosion is calculated,and the influencing factors are analyzed,which provide a reference for the plane layout of the loading station and the safety monitoring and emergency response of the LNG leakage.
