摘要
为油罐建设选址和减少油罐泄漏形成池火灾灾害的影响及抢险救灾活动提供理论支持,通过理论计算和利用PHAST软件对油罐泄漏形成池火灾的影响范围及其影响因素进行模拟研究,研究距离、风速和大气稳定度对热辐射强度的影响规律。研究表明,热辐射强度总体上随距离的增大而减小,但在距离池火灾中心较近和较远的区域,距离对热辐射强度的影响不大。影响因素中,总体上风速越大,热辐射强度越大;但距离池火灾中心较近和较远的区域,风速对热辐射强度的影响可以忽略;大气稳定度对池火灾热辐射强度的影响可以忽略。
In order to providing theoretical support for choosing the location of tank construction and reducing the influence of pool fire disaster which result from oil tank leakage, and for e- mergency rescue and disaster relief activities, the influence scope of pool fire which resulted from oil tank leakage was re- searched by PHAST software and theoretical ealculation. The influence laws among thermal radiation intensity distance, wind speed and atmospheric stability were researched. Results showed that the thermal radiation intensity generally decreased with the increase of distance, but the thermal radiation intensity had little influence on the areas where was far from pool fire center or too close to the center. In general, the greater wind speed caused the bigger thermal radiation intensity; but on the area where was far from the center of pool fire or too close to it, the effect of wind speed on the strength of the thermal radia- tion can be ignored; the influence of atmospheric stability on pool fire thermal radiation intensity can be ignored too.
