摘要 针对目前对采用定量泵+负载敏感多路阀的采煤机摇臂液压系统的性能及回路中抗衡阀的研究较少的问题,文章以久益公司的7LS6型采煤机为例,对采煤机摇臂升降液压系统进行了分析。建立了摇臂升降液压系统的仿真模型,通过仿真研究了摇臂升降回路的性能,结果表明仿真模型可靠。在此基础上,分析抗衡阀对回路压力损失的影响,合理选择抗衡阀可以满足回路的背压需求,并降低摇臂升降液压系统的压力损失,有助于采煤机摇臂升降液压系统的进一步改进。 Aiming at the inadequate research on hydraulic system performance of shearer rocker arm and counterbalance valve in the circuit using the quantitative pump + load-sensitive multi-way valve The rocker arm lifting hydraulic system of shearer is analyzed,based on 7 LS6 type coal shearer. The simulation model is built through the software. The performance of rocker arm lifting circuit is studied by simulation,and the results show that the simulation model is reliable. The influence of the counterbalance valve on the pressure loss is analyzed. The results show that the reasonable selection of the counterbalance cartridge valve and its matching with the system can reduce the pressure loss of the system. The hydraulic system of the shearer rocker arm lifting can be further improved.
