摘要
针对煤矿井下综采工作面采煤机截割滚筒控制存在的调高方案落后、自适应能力差的问题,研究基于采煤机工艺的自适应调高技术。在分析采煤机以及截割滚筒运动规律的基础上,以采煤机运行时间、截割滚筒运行时间之间的关系,分别讨论截割滚筒调高控制策略。经试验验证表明,该截割滚筒自适应调高策略可减少采煤机在水平方向非必要运行时间12%~22%,非必要运行距离16%~28%,自适应能力较好,保证了采煤机工作效率。
In view of the problems of backward height adjustment scheme and poor adaptive ability of coal cutting drum control of coal mining machine in underground comprehensive mining working face, the adaptive height adjustment technology based on coal mining machine process is studied. Based on the analysis of the coal mining machine and the cutting drum movement law, the cutting drum height adjustment control strategy is discussed in terms of the relationship between the coal mining machine operation time and the cutting drum operation time respectively.The test verification shows that the cut-off drum adaptive height adjustment strategy can reduce the non-essential running time of the coal miner in the horizontal direction by 12%-22%, and the non-essential running distance by 16%-28%, with good adaptive ability to ensure the efficiency of the coal miner.
