摘要
针对某型号国产采煤机可靠性有待提高的现状,以其摇臂轴套为研究对象,对其进行强度分析与优化工作。分析认为,轴套外齿轮内侧存在明显的应力集中现象。通过增大外齿轮内侧的过渡圆角完成了轴套结构的改进。优化结果表明,改进的轴套设计合理,装配性良好,延长了轴套使用寿命,减少了轴套故障停机时间,为企业创造了更多的经济效益。
In view of the present situation that the reliability of a domestic shearer needs to be improved,the strength analysis and optimization work were carried out with the rocker shaft sleeve as the research object.The results show that there is obvious stress concentration phenomenon in the inner part of the outer gear of the shaft sleeve.By increasing the inner corner of the outer gear,the bushing structure is improved.The application results show that the improved bushing design is reasonable,the assembly is good,the service life of the bushing is extended,the downtime of the bushing is reduced,and more economic benefits are created for the enterprise.
