摘要
针对短壁采煤机出现摇臂下降抖动的现象,通过原因分析、方案比较,提出了一种适用于该机组特殊调高方式的双向控制阀,有效解决了双向摆动摇臂下降时抖动和上升时附加阻力的问题,显著提高了该机组液压系统的可靠性。
Combined with the unique mode of ranging arm of the short wall shearers, by analysing the reasons of dithering and making scheme comparisons. A bilateral control valve is adopted that can remove dithering and additional resistance, and make sure the security of the hydraulic system.
