摘要
目的探讨风险管理模式在神经内科护理质量管理中的应用效果,为神经内科护理质量的提升提供理论依据。方法本探究观察对象为2014年6月至2016年6月在我院神经内科住院治疗的120例患者,比较实施风险管理模式前后神经内科护士服务态度、沟通能力、护理记录书写、责任心、操作技能考核、理论知识考核、应急能力等护理知识掌握情况,同时记录患者住院期间压疮、坠床、跌倒、脱管、液体外渗、给药错误等不良事件发生情况,并对患者或家属进行护理满意度调查。结果观察组神经内科护士服务态度、沟通能力、护理记录书写、责任心、操作技能考核、理论知识考核、应急能力等护理知识得分均显著高于对照组;观察组患者住院期间压疮、坠床、跌倒、脱管、液体外渗、给药错误等不良事件总发生率为6.15%,显著低于对照组;观察组患者对护理人员护理技术、安全告知、服务流程、服务态度等护理满意度均高于对照组。结论神经内科采用风险管理模式后提升了护理质量,降低了不良事件的发生率,患者和家属对护理的满意度进一步提高。
Objective To explore the effect of applying risk management mode on nursing quality management,and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the nursing quality in neurology department.Methods A total of 120 patients were enrolled in this study who admitted in the neurology department of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016.We then compared service attitude,communication ability,nursing records,responsibility,operational skills,theoretical knowledge,and emergency capability of neurology nurses before and after the implementation of risk management mode.In addition,adverse events such as pressure sores during hospitalization,falling out of bed,falling down,tube detached,liquid extravasation,and medication errors were recorded.Patients or their relatives in this study were asked to a survey on nursing satisfaction.Results After the implementation of risk management mode,service attitude,communication ability,nursing records,responsibility,operational skills,theoretical knowledge,and emergency capability of neurology nurses were significantly improved than before.Meanwhile the total incidence rate of adverse events such as pressure sores during the hospitalization,falling out of bed,falling down,tube detached,liquid extravasation,and medication errors was 6.15%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group.Nursing satisfaction in the observation group on nursing technology,safety notification,service process,and service attitude was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Applying the risk management mode in neurology department can improve nursing quality,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction of patients and relatives.
